So you have acquired your land and now want to get your project started. We would meet with city officials for a pre-application consultation meeting to discuss the proposed project and the requirements needed prior to filling out the application.

Required Studies/Reports:

The City has outlined what studies, reports, and plans are needed but you are unsure of who to contact to develop these reports and plans? At DCC we work with a variety of engineers and professionals to build your next dream project!

Planning with the City Of Ottawa:

The proposed project consultation has taken place, however you are burdened by the process. We can help reduce the burden on you by streamlining this process and getting a jump start to your project.

Scope of work:

Unsure of the scope of work required for contractors to complete there work? We can provide the necessary list of take-offs for contractors to understand there scope of work hence providing a more accurate quote and understanding of the project.

Schematic Design:

We can work with engineers and professionals to help achieve the design you love while still keeping in mind the projects budget.

Cost Estimates

Due to the current material climate with ever changing prices we can provide you with an up to date cost for your project.

Bid & Tender:

DCC can submit your plans to trusted contractors to obtain bids for your project. Often times cheap isn't always the best.

Budgeting:

You have a project in mind but are unsure of the budget required to realize the project? At DCC we can develop a budget based on your proposed project so you have piece of mind that your project will stay within budget.
