Need to secure large quantity of materials to avoid the steep increase in prices? We can help secure large quantities of materials by locking in prices from vendors thus keeping the project within budget.

Supervising Subcontractors:
DCC makes sure that there is constant access to the project site for contractors to work thus reducing any delays in completion of the project.
Change Orders:
Although not common, change orders exist due to the complex and dynamic nature of construction. During the construction process you may want to make changes to the project thus altering the scope of work for contractors. DCC ensures change orders are handled earlier in the pre-construction process through regular meetings with the client and developing a comprehensive scope of work for contractors from the get go.
